威昌國際股份有限公司(以下稱本公司)之銷售服務網站/APP「Callshop」,透過「Callshop」網站/APP購得商品或服務,係依據本會員條款提供服務 (以下簡稱「本服務」)。
歡迎您加入成為 「Callshop」網站/APP的會員,下列關於會員權利的部分將進行介紹。
一、會員說明
當您完成「Callshop」網站/APP(以下稱「Callshop」)會員註冊後,而且開始使用網站/APP提供給會員的所有服務時,就表示您已經閱讀而且同意接受這個網站/APP使用規定的所有條款內容。
「Callshop」對於服務條款覺得有必要變更時,可以隨時增加、刪除、修改本服務相關部份或全部的服務條款內容,修改完成後會公佈在網站/APP上,不再另外通知您,建議您要隨時注意是否有變更條款內容。如果您在條款內容修改或變更後仍繼續使用「Callshop」服務時,「Callshop」就會認為您已經了解而且同意接受修改或變更後的所有條款內容。

2.會員註冊:可選擇以社群帳號快速註冊或輸入自己目前正在使用的電話號碼(須為台灣手機門號),「Callshop」將會發送一組認證碼至您的手機,再輸入手機顯示的認證號,登入註冊網頁,自己設定帳號、密碼是用來做為登入「Callshop」使用,要保管好帳號跟密碼的安全是會員責任。為了保障您的權益,請於註冊成為會員前,務必詳閱以下約定條款所有內容,您只要在「Callshop」網頁或APP平台上點選「同意」鍵,或開始使用「Callshop」,代表您已讀過及了解,並同意「Callshop」網頁上所約定內容。

5.取貨方式:
5-1.線上取密碼(PIN碼)-完成繳費後,進入網站/APP→登入會員→至「我的儲值卡」查詢→確認訂單編號→在購買產品下方點選「顯示PIN碼」→點選「開啟PIN碼」,即可取得所購買之儲值卡密碼,再依各電信業儲值操作程序完成儲值。
選擇購買PIN碼商品時,當您「已開啟PIN碼」就視同已收到商品完成交易模式,本網站或APP不負保管之責仼。本產品一旦購買後不得退還,請確認購買商品後再繳費。
5-2.送到家服務(實體商品)- 完成繳費後,依會員在「Callshop」網站/APP上所提供地址或上傳地址照片寄送到會員所提供的收貨地址。
5-3本商場除電信PIN碼商品外,其他商品於訂單付款完成後須3個工作天備貨後送到家需再2~3個工作天抵達。
6.退換貨方式:
6-1依據消費者保護法第十九條規定,本站提供消費者享有7天猶豫期(含國定例假日)之權益。
6-2請注意猶豫期不等同於試用期,收到商品時,請先確認商品內容物是否完整,商品數量是否無誤,在還不確定是否要辦理退貨以前,請勿拆封。
6-3若您對收到商品有疑慮時,請先將收到的商品(含寄送外包裝)妥善保存,並依下列『退換貨方式』進行退換貨事宜。
6-3-1超過七天的鑑賞期(猶豫期),無法退換貨。

6-4完成繳費前,請會員一定要確認好自己所購買的商品及金額、付款、物流方式。
· 請注意,所退回的商品內容必須保維持所有商品、贈品、附件、包裝、附隨文件或資料的完整性,如有實體發票則須連同發票一併退回,並且簽「退貨折讓單」等相關法令規定文件,否則,本公司有權力拒絕您的退貨退款要求。
7. 個人資料-歷史訂單查詢:可查詢訂單進度與歷史訂單紀錄瀏覽及開立發票號碼查詢。
8. 購物進度詢問:對於已完成繳費,貨物進度有任何疑問,可以直接詢問客服人員
9. 留言服務:回覆您的網站/APP購物進度詢問、「Callshop」網站/APP或LINE等方式通知。。
10.活動優惠:「Callshop」 不定期會對於不同商品優惠活動,放在Callshop」網站/APP上公告,您可以依照商品優惠活期動期間,進行購物優惠。
11.「Callshop」因會員服務所提供的所有相關網域名稱、網路位址、功能及其他一切因會員身分所有的權益,全部屬於我們公司或其他合法權利人所有,會員除了於服務期間內,依使用條款的約定為使用之外,請不要將您的帳號與密碼告訴給其他任何人知道、或出借、或轉給他人使用。如果您讓其他人知道您個人的資料、會員密碼或付款資料,並讓其他人有使用的機會時,您必須為您的個人行為負全部責任,我們公司不負任何賠償責任。

5.每個會員要了解密碼是很重要的,應該要重視保存好密碼,只能使用在註冊及登入 「Callshop」帳戶使用這個服務。每個會員都不可以告訴別人或把密碼提供給任何其他人做收費或者不收費的使用
五、智慧財產權:
本服務使用的系統程式、「Callshop」上的所有內容資料和網站/APP上面的畫面資料的排列,此著作權、專利權、商標、營業秘密、其他智慧財產權、專有技術、所有權或其他權利等,都屬於本公司或權利人合法所有。任何人都不可以隨便使用、修改、複製、散布、或用其他任何的方式、因為任何的目的去使用。任何人想使用或者轉換下載前面說明的程式或者是網站/APP上的內容,都要經過本公司或權利人事前書面同意,不然必須負所有的法律責任,本公司可以依照法律規定要求使用的人賠償或停止使用
六、服務的暫停或中斷及免責聲明:
1.在下列情形,我們公司將暫停或中斷這個服務的全部或一部份,而且對會員任何直接或間接的損害,不負任何責任:
在
(1)對「Callshop」相關軟硬體設備進行搬移、更換、升級、保養或維修時;
(2)會員有任何違反政府法律或此會員同意書條款的情形;
(3)因其他的人之行為,或其他不屬於我們公司的行為,導致這個服務暫停、中斷或無法正常營運;
(4)其他不可歸責於我們公司事由所致的服務停止或中斷;
(5)不是我們公司所能控制的事情,造成這個服務資訊顯示不正常、或遭防冒、修改、刪除或複製、或導致系統中斷或不能正常運作時;
(6)當因為能力無法抵抗的事情,導致這個服務暫停、中斷,或無法正常使用。為了避免雙方意見不一樣,所以解釋能力無法抵抗的事情是指已經超出雙方能力範圍的事情,包含但不限於,天災、民兵或軍事政權行動、火災、罷工、停工或勞工爭議、傳染病、政府限制、戰爭、恐怖行動、暴動、地震、暴風雨、颱風、水災及電力及電腦資訊及通訊系統故障。
2.我們提供的「Callshop」服務系統或功能平常的維護、改變或變動所發生的服務暫停或中斷,我們將盡可能在狀況發生前,以公告或其他適當的方式告訴會員。
七、會員身份終止與我們通知的義務:
1.我們保留隨時修改會員服務使用規則的權利,修改後的會員服務使用條款將公佈在『會員條款』上,不另外各別通知您。
八、交易取消手續費無法退回
1.如錯誤是因可歸責於您的原因所產生,例如輸入錯誤的交易金額或輸入錯誤的受款人,您應立即通知我們,我們將協助處理,但您不能這個錯誤向我們提出任何手續費退回或賠償。
九、資訊安全
1.我們會採取適當措施,確保本服務資訊系統的資訊安全。會員也應確保您的資訊系統的安全並防止別人非法登入、取得、修改、或損害個人資訊。
2.如果是因為有其他人破解我們公司資訊系統的保護措施或利用我們公司資訊系統的漏洞相關爭議,我們公司將會提出這個事實不存的證據責任。
我們公司保留增加內容、刪除或修改這個服務相關部分或全部系統或功能之權利。

I. Member Description
By completing the registration process on the Callshop website/app (hereinafter referred to as "Callshop") and using all services provided to members, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this website/app.
Callshop may, at its discretion, add, delete, or modify any or all parts of the Service Terms. Once modified, the updated terms will be published on the website/app without separate notification. It is recommended that you regularly check for changes. If you continue to use Callshop services after modifications, Callshop will assume that you understand and agree to all the revised terms.
Members agree to the following:
Provide up-to-date and accurate information according to the Callshop registration process and not use another person’s identification or name to register.
Provide necessary personal information (including contact details) required by the Company in order to fully use Callshop services.
If any information provided is incorrect, false, incomplete, or duplicates another account, Callshop may suspend or terminate your account and deny access to services without notice.
If you violate any law, regulation, public order, good morals, infringe on others’ rights or interests, or violate any government or court regulations, Callshop may suspend, terminate, or restrict your account and services at any time without prior notice.
II. Member Service Interface Introduction
Language Selection: Upon registration, you may choose your preferred language for easier use of Callshop services.
Member Registration: You may register using a social account or a valid Taiwanese phone number. Callshop will send a verification code to your phone, which you enter to complete registration. You must set a username and password for login and are responsible for keeping them secure. By clicking “Agree” or using Callshop, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms.
Personal Information: You may view and edit your personal information.
Callshop Purchase Process: Select goods for your shopping cart, confirm order details and price, choose delivery and payment methods. The system will provide a payment barcode. Once payment is completed, the transaction is confirmed.
4-1 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life Payments: Show barcode via phone at one of the three convenience stores for cash payment. Single payment limit: NT$20,000 (including fees). Check system for barcode validity.
4-2 OK Mart Payments: Print barcode via OK-go machine at OK Mart. Single payment limit: NT$20,000 (including fees). Check system for barcode validity.
Delivery Methods
5-1 Online PIN (Virtual Card): After payment, log in → “My Stored Cards” → confirm order → click “Show PIN” → click “Open PIN” to get the purchased card code. Once opened, it is considered delivered; no refunds are allowed.
5-2 Home Delivery (Physical Goods): After payment, items will be sent to the address you provided or uploaded. Physical goods require 3 working days to prepare and 2–3 working days for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
6-1 According to the Consumer Protection Act, a 7-day cooling-off period (including national holidays) applies.
6-2 The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Inspect goods for completeness before deciding on return.
6-3 Keep the original product and packaging for returns.
6-3-1 Returns are not accepted after 7 days.
6-3-2 For defective goods within 7 days, contact via member login, LINE, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
6-3-3 Returned goods must be unopened and include photos, original packaging, accessories, and gifts.
6-4 Confirm purchase details, payment, and logistics before completing payment. Returned goods must maintain full integrity, including invoices, with required return forms; otherwise, the Company may refuse refund.
Order History & Invoice: View order progress, history, and invoice numbers.
Order Progress Inquiry: Contact customer service for questions about completed payments or shipping.
Message Service: Respond to inquiries via website/app or LINE.
Promotions: Callshop announces promotions on the website/app; members may participate within the promotional period.
Account & Intellectual Property: All Callshop domains, addresses, features, and member rights belong to the Company or other legal owners. Do not share your account or password with anyone. Members are fully responsible for their account and personal data.
By completing registration, members can use Callshop’s foreign labor shopping services and any future services.
III. Privacy Policy
Member information is protected in accordance with Callshop’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with unrelated parties. More information is available on the Callshop website/app under “Privacy Policy.”
IV. Account, Password & Security
Registration must be complete with accurate information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
Members are responsible for all actions performed using their account and password. Illegal or malicious activities may lead to account deletion.
Members must keep accounts and passwords secure. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately. Callshop is not responsible for losses caused by misuse.
Accounts must be registered under the member’s own name. Using someone else’s name is prohibited.
Passwords are important and must not be shared.
V. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and layout on Callshop are owned by the Company or rights holders. Unauthorized use, modification, copying, distribution, or conversion is prohibited. Written consent is required for legal use; violators bear legal responsibility.
VI. Service Interruption & Disclaimer
Callshop may suspend or interrupt services for the following reasons, without liability for any direct or indirect damage:
Maintenance, upgrade, relocation, or repair of hardware/software.
Member violations of laws or terms.
Actions by third parties or events beyond the Company’s control.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, military actions, fires, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, riots, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, power outages, or IT system failures.
Regular maintenance or modifications will be announced in advance whenever possible.
VII. Termination of Membership & Notification Obligation
The Company reserves the right to modify member service rules at any time. Updated terms will be published online without separate notice.
VIII. Transaction Cancellation Fees Non-Refundable
If an error is due to the member (e.g., wrong transaction amount or recipient), notify the Company immediately. The Company may assist but is not obligated to refund fees or provide compensation.
IX. Information Security
The Company implements measures to ensure system security. Members must also protect their systems and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
If disputes arise from third-party breaches, the Company bears no responsibility.
The Company reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the services, systems, or functions.
"If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the foreign language translation of the service membership terms, the Chinese version shall prevail."
