Q1.How do I place an order?

Placing an order is fast and easy! 1. Select MENU, click the "Online shop", and select the products by categories or display all. 2. Click the products/items you want to buy. 3. Enter the quantity to be purchased or use ("+" add, "-" decrease) 4. Select "Add to cart or "Buy Now" 5. To purchase other items, please click "continue shopping" Reminder: Register first before placing an order. For more details, please refer to the "Purchasing Process"
Q2.How to register?

A:

Registering for a member account is fast and easy! Register using your mobile number. 1.Click Menu, select LogIn/ SignUp 2.Click"Sign up Now", enter your phone number. 3.Click "Send", the system will send you a "sms verification code" 4.Please enter the sms verification code and click "Next" 5.Fill in the personal information field 6.Review the Terms and Conditions 7.Click "Register" 8.Registration Success! You can place an order.
Q3.How to change member information

A:

1. Click MENU, login member, enter account number (User ID) and password 2. In the personal data section, click modify/ edit data 3. After the modification of data is completed, click OK
Q4.How many products / items I need to buy, to have free service / handling fee?

A:

The handling fee is a charge need to pay at the convenience stores, So, in this case the system does not provide a free fee service, we are very sorry!
Q5.Does the product have a discounted price?

A:

We will offer different types of card to purchase, To browse and check, you can go to the product content, thank you~
Q6.What should I do if I make a wrong order?

A:

1. When the order has not been paid or completed, the system will automatically cancel the order within 24 hours. This order will display "Cancelled" at the message. 2. However if the order has been completed and payment has been made , we recommend it, that to sell it with your friends . Once again, you are reminded that in the "Confirm Shopping Details", you must confirm and make sure the items you have purchased is correct. If you have any questions about the products, you can contact the customer service center.
Q7.How to pay at convenience stores?

A:

Payment methods thru Convenience Store (7-Eleven, Family Mart, OK, Hi Life ) 1.7-Eleven QR CODE will be displayed on the mobile phone. Please follow 7-Elevent payment process. 2.Family Mart & Hi-Life BAR CODE will be displayed on the mobile phone, and it can be paid directly to the counter within 10 minutes. NOTE: (If the payment barcode is expire, please re-update , then a new payment barcode will be generated) 3.OK MART You will recieved a PAYMENT CODE, go to OK MART (OK-GO MACHINE), print the payment slip, and then pay at the counter.
Q8.How do I know that my payment has been completed?

A:

1. The system will automatically send "Order completed! To your inbox / message, view the PIN code on the official website.. 2. You can also log in to your member account and select "Purchase History", which will show your order status "Completed" 3. When you complete the payment, the system will automatically send the “Invoice Number”thru SMS notification to your registered mobile phone number.
Q9.What is the online pin code?

A:

1. Login to your member account and password 2. When you complete the purchase process and payment fee, the system will automatically send "Order completed! View the PIN code on the official website.." 3. click the SMS link address to go directly to the "Order Number" of the purchased item. 4. Click "PIN code has not been yet opened" to see the product pin code. This is more convenient , fast and easy and no shipping fee needed!
Q10.How to Recharge?

1. Please go to Online Shop 2. Click the type of product you want to purchased. 3. You will see the Recharge Procedures
Q11.What if I forgot my password?

A:

1. Go to "Login Member", click "Forgot Password" 2. Enter the login mobile phone number (User ID) and the registered mobile phone number, the system will automatically send a temporary password thru SMS notification. 3. Please log in with your temporary password and then change/reset your password.
Q12.How can I check my order status?

A:

To check the status of your order; 1.Go to Menu 2.Log in to your account 3.Go to "My account" then click the "Purchase History". 4.The system will display all your order numbers. 5.You can check the status of order item/s according to order number.
Q13.The payment has been completed, but the stored value PIN code has not been received?

A:

1. Please make sure that your registered mobile number has received the "authentication code" to get your purchased Recharged Card PIN Number 2. If not, please log in to your account, check if you're using the registered mobile number. 3. You can also check your profile to see if the member information you registered is correct. 4. If the confirmed information is correct, but did not received SMS, please contact customer service center
Q14.PIN code has been received, but can't able to recharge it?

1. You can call the Telecom company's customer service center, below are the following customer service contact number. Q17.Stored value cards have an expiration date?

A:

There is no expiration for Recharge Card Pin Number.If it is still not yet recharge/load in your mobile phone number, there will be no expiration date.. Please be reminded that if you choose "Online Pin Code", Make sure to use it immediately.
Q18.Does international calling card have an expiration date?

A:

International calling card doesn't have an expiration date, so you can continue to use it
Q19.Why do I need international calling card?

A:

Using an International Calling Card is more cheaper than an International direct dialing phone and it can help you save on your phone bills.
